Cabin Reservation Policy

A deposit of 1 day's rent is required on rentals of 3 days or less.
2 day's rent deposit is required on rentals of 4-6 days.
Rentals of 1 week or more require 3 day's rent deposit per week.
 

This is a very seasonal business with little walk-in trade,
and necessitates a very firm cancellation policy which is:

RENTAL CHARGES FOR ALL DAYS RESERVED IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE, UPON ARRIVAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR EARLY TERMINATION.
 

However, if we are notified of a cancellation at least 60 days prior to the first day of rental,
your cabin deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling charge.
A security deposit of $50 is due at check-in for cabins that
sleep 5 or more people (see pet policy below).
